Job summary

Wix is seeking a driven sales professional to lead our unified commerce referral partnership program and drive growth through new partner acquisition and end-to-end deal ownership.

Based in the United States, you will design and execute the strategy, onboard partners, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care to ensure outstanding partner experiences and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS partnership or sales (eCommerce, POS or payments preferred).
• Industry knowledge in retail/services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to lead and build our unified commerce referral partnership program. This role is highly visible and strategic with direct impact on growing referrals into our unified commerce sales team. You will be responsible for driving new referral partners, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth partner onboarding experience.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Identify, qualify, prospect and close new referral partnership opportunities for unified commerce and POS products
• Design and execute the global referral partner strategy for unified commerce
• Build and foster relationships with partners in the North America and UK markets
• Includes discovery, presentation with demo calls to understand partner needs and showcase Wix’s unified commerce capabilities
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation, contract and onboarding the referral partner
• Work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and be the true voice of the referral partner
• Support partner enablement programs including training, certification, sales playbooks, partner onboarding, and ongoing field support
• Subject matter expert in unified commerce, POS solutions, payments and vertical market requirements
• Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS partnership or sales experience. Preference is an eCommerce, point-of-sale or payments background
• Industry knowledge related to verticals, such as retail and services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• A hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and partner-focused KPIs
• Excellent project management and organization skills that will allow you to manage a large pipeline and partner buying journeys
• You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing

Approximate base compensation $120,000 - $145,000. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, shift, and/or candidate experience.
