Job summary

Wix is seeking a driven sales leader to build and manage our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partnership program in the United States. You will drive partner recruitment, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and oversee onboarding to live processing.

You will design the ISO/Agent sales strategy, cultivate relationships with partners in North America and the UK, and negotiate commercial terms and incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments, merchant acquiring, fintech or related field.
• 2+ years managing ISO and Agent partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of US merchant acquiring and payment-processing ecosystem.
• Proven experience growing strategic partner relationships.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and financial skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of meeting revenue goals and partner KPIs.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage a large pipeline and partner journeys.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and close new ISO and Agent partners to resell our solutions.
• Design and execute the ISO and Agent sales strategy.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding to live processing.
• Build relationships with ISO partners in North America and UK.
• Develop commercial proposals tailored to ISO models and objectives.
• Negotiate partnership economics, pricing, revenue-sharing and incentives.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective ISO partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care to deliver ISO experiences.
• Coordinate partner onboarding to ensure a smooth path from signed agreement to live processing.
• Stay on top of payments trends, merchant acquiring and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
