Job summary

Deloitte Global is recruiting for a senior Red Team lead to direct a small team in planning, executing, and reporting offensive engagements worldwide. You will gather intelligence, develop covert C2 across cloud environments, and deliver malware while maintaining undetectability and thorough logging.

You will mentor teammates, craft field manuals, and share research with the Deloitte Global Red Team community to advance tradecraft and risk reduction globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Red Team experience.
• Deep understanding of threat actor TTPs.
• Experience with Red Team operations against companies.
• Ability to create, update, and maintain Red Team docs.
• Experience enumerating Windows AD and Azure EntraID.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Red Team Operators in planning, execution, and reporting of engagements.
• Perform intelligence gathering against target networks, people, processes, and technologies.
• Develop covert C2 infrastructure across cloud platforms and environments.
• Deliver malware and establish C2 while maintaining stealth and logging.
• Ensure adherence to Rules of Engagement and maintain detailed operation logs.
• Mentor team members and share research via blogs or talks.
• Develop field manuals and attack methodologies to improve engagements.
