Qualifications

• Proven experience working as part of an internal red team within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong background in offensive security practices including adversary simulation and advanced red team methodologies.
• Understanding of legal, ethical, and organizational constraints related to conducting red team operations inside enterprises.
• Knowledge of corporate risk management practices and their impact on internal security testing activities.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• More than six years of professional experience in offensive security or red team roles within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design and establishment of an internal red team capability within a large enterprise security organization.
• Defining mission scope, operational boundaries, and rules of engagement for internal red team activities.
• Advising on the structure and operation of continuous internal red team programs.
• Creating internal red team playbooks, operating procedures, and reporting standards.
• Ensuring red team processes align with enterprise governance and security policies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices and guiding internal security stakeholders.
