Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a senior Red Team professional to lead a small operator group in global engagements. You will perform intelligence collection, foothold development, malware deployment, and covert C2 operations while ensuring engagement rules and thorough logging.

Applicants should have 3+ years in Red Team work, deep TTP knowledge, and experience with AD/Azure EntraID, cloud infrastructure, and modern malware techniques.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Red Team experience in large organisations or consulting environments.
• Deep understanding of threat actor TTPs and security operations.
• Experience leading Red Team operations against companies and their people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Leading a small team of Red Team Operators in planning, execution, and reporting of engagements across the globe.
• Performing intelligence gathering against target networks, people, processes, and technologies.
• Finding creative ways to obtain a foothold in a target network.
• Delivering malware and establishing command and control (C2).
• Moving stealthily within target networks and maintaining operational goals while staying undetected by blue teams.
• Establishing persistence and tuning long-haul beacons for long-term footholds.
• Ensuring adherence to the Rules of Engagement during every step of engagements.
• Maintaining documentation and auditing of actions for deconfliction and non-repudiation.
• Training and mentoring other Red Team members.
