Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a strategic Recruiting Operations Manager to join our Global Recruiting Optimization team. This role drives operational excellence, owns recruiting tech and processes, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to scale our recruiting programs nationwide and globally.

You will lead design, implementation, and data-driven improvements across ATS, workflows, and enablement efforts, ensuring scalable, efficient processes for a world‑class talent organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or HR Operations.
• Understanding of recruiting processes and lifecycle workflows.
• Experience supporting large-scale tech implementations and managing stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data and identify trends.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management & Process Leadership: act as trusted partner to Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams; guide on operations, tools, and workflows.
• Recruiting Systems & Tool Optimization: own and improve ATS, scheduling platforms, assessments, and more in partnership with systems teams.
• Process Design & Implementation: lead scalable, automated workflows reducing manual effort and increasing quality.
• Data Analysis & Insights: leverage recruiting data to identify trends and drive KPI accountability.
• Program & Project Support: plan and execute recruiting programs and technology implementations; surface risks.
• Resource & Knowledge Management: govern process docs and training materials for accessibility.
• Enablement & Event Logistics: coordinate in-person and virtual events with stakeholders.
