Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our global Recruiting organization. The role requires SME-level knowledge of recruiting processes, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of optimizing systems and workflows at scale.

You will lead design and execution of scalable processes, manage recruiting technology, and generate insights from metrics to improve performance across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related field.
• Understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and lifecycle workflows; SME level.
• Experience supporting large-scale tech/process implementations and managing complex stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data and trends.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication; able to synthesize large information.
• Skilled in stakeholder influence and cross-functional alignment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiting leadership and cross‑functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Own and optimize components of the recruiting tech stack (ATS, scheduling, assessments).
• Lead process improvement initiatives for scalability, automation, and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability.
• Support planning and execution of recruiting programs and tech implementations.
• Develop and govern process documentation, training materials, and self‑serve resources.
• Coordinate logistics for in‑person and virtual events.
