Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to join the Global Recruiting Optimization team. This role is central to driving operational excellence across our global Recruiting organization.

You will partner with Recruiting leadership, optimize the technology stack, design scalable processes, and deliver actionable insights from data to improve performance across our worldwide teams. You will oversee process documentation, training materials, and event logistics, ensuring consistency

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Recruiting Operations or HR Operations.
• Understanding of recruiting processes and lifecycle workflows; SME capabilities.
• Experience supporting large-scale tech/process implementations with complex stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and actionable insights from data.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication; ability to synthesize large information.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Recruiting operations and governance across programs.
• Own and improve recruiting tech stack (ATS, scheduling, assessments) with systems teams.
• Lead design of scalable, automated workflows to improve quality and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, set KPIs, and drive performance.
• Support planning and execution of recruiting programs and tech implementations.
• Develop and govern process docs, training materials, and self-serve resources.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events with Recruiting Enablement.
