Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a strategic Recruiting Operations Manager to optimize our global recruiting processes and tools.

You will partner with Recruiting leadership to design scalable workflows, improve technology stacks, and drive data-driven decisions across large-scale programs. The role requires strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and a proven record of delivering process improvements in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and lifecycle workflows; able to operate as an SME.
• Experience supporting large-scale tech or process implementations and managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, and develop recommendations.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills; able to synthesize and connect large volumes of information.
• Skilled in stakeholder influence and driving alignment in cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management & Process Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Recruiting Systems & Tool Optimization: Own and continuously improve components of our recruiting technology stack (ATS, scheduling platforms, assessments, etc.).
• Process Design & Implementation: Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage recruiting and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop actionable insights.
• Program & Project Support: Support the planning and execution of recruiting programs and technology implementations.
• Resource & Knowledge Management: Oversee the development and governance of process documentation, training materials, and self-serve knowledge resources.
• Enablement & Event Logistics: Partner with Recruiting Enablement to manage logistics for in-person and virtual events.
