Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professionalism and friendliness.
• 1+ years in admin/coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews globally, including senior and executive searches with Leadership Recruiting as needed.
• Partner with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Solve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change, while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Work closely with other coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiring.
• Own the onsite candidate experience, acting as the primary host in the office to ensure a welcoming experience.
