Stripe is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Seattle to manage end-to-end interview logistics for global roles. You will partner with recruiters and interviewers to ensure a smooth candidate experience, while safeguarding sensitive information and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of admin/coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews globally, including senior and executive searches in partnership with Leadership Recruiting as needed.
• Partner with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Solve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change, while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Work closely with other coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiring.
• Own the onsite candidate experience, acting as their primary host in the office to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.
