You will apply real‑world methodologies to inform clinical development and scientific decision‑making, collaborating with Disease Area, Development Teams, and governance forums to deliver impact across programs.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent advanced degree in quantitative field.
• Experience applying data science or real‑world evidence in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven ability to work in matrixed cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with real‑world data sources (EHR, claims, registries).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver real‑world and DDSAI strategies for Immunology RWE programs.
• Lead evidence generation workstreams and identify endpoints, gaps, and comparisons.
• Apply statistical methods to real‑world data for development questions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet program needs and timelines.
• Prepare analytical summaries and governance materials.
• Contribute to publications and external collaborations.
