Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Data, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence – Immunology Real World Evidence. This role will be based in one of several US locations (Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA; Titusville, NJ; or Cambridge, MA) with up to ~10% travel, and US remote options may be considered.

The position leads complex data science and real-world evidence strategies to inform Immunology programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate disease

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent in a quantitative field such as statistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, computational biology or data science.
• Experience applying data science or real-world evidence methods in pharma R&D, healthcare analytics or related fields.
• Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with real-world data sources such as EHRs, claims, registries or secondary data.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytics, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real-world and DDSAI evidence plans aligned with Immunology disease objectives.
• Lead defined evidence-generation workstreams for clinical development programs.
• Apply data science methods to real-world data to address development questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet program evidence needs and timelines.
• Deliver analytical summaries, presentations and written materials for governance forums.
