Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine recruiting for a Senior Manager, Data, Data Science & AI – Immunology Real World Evidence. The role will be located in Raritan, Spring House, Titusville, or Cambridge with up to ~10% travel; remote work in the US may be considered case-by-case.

The position drives complex data science and RWE strategies to inform clinical development, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to scientific outputs while advancing Immunology programs.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience applying data science or real-world evidence methods in pharma or healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to work in matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with real-world data sources (EHRs, claims, registries).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to execution of real-world and DDSAI evidence plans aligned with Immunology objectives.
• Lead evidence generation workstreams for clinical programs and identify gaps.
• Apply data science and statistics to real-world data to address key questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet evidence needs and timelines.
• Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and written materials for governance.
