Job summary

DDN is seeking a Workplace Associate Global Real Estate & Workplace Services (Americas) to support workplace, facilities, and real estate initiatives across the Americas during a period of growth.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will engage with People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and external partners to support office operations, programs, and vendor management, while helping ensure a high-quality employee experience across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Experience supporting employees, customers, and guests with hospitality in a fast-paced, growing org.
• Exposure to lease administration, workplace operations, facilities management, or capital projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Technology, AI, infrastructure, or high-growth company experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Industry certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of workplace experience programs to foster collaboration and wellbeing.
• Assist in implementing workplace policies, standards, and hybrid initiatives.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality employee and visitor experiences across locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workplace needs and improve services.
• Support day-to-day facilities operations at the Chatsworth office and portfolio-wide.
• Manage facility vendors and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and preventative maintenance.
• Partner with Security and IT to ensure safe, efficient workplaces.
• Support office build-outs, renovations, relocations, and improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, furniture vendors, and landlords.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables for projects.
• Assist with workplace planning to optimize space and employee experience.
• Assist with annual operating and capital budget planning and tracking.
• Support vendor contracts and cost optimization; contribute to sustainability programs.
