Digital Realty seeks a Sr. Director, Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment (Americas) to partner with HR and business leaders across the US and Canada. You will provide strategic legal advice, manage employment risk, and lead complex matters in a fast-paced global environment.

You will collaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, Privacy, and business teams, overseeing investigations, policy development, and outside counsel management to support growth and compliance across jurisdictions.

Formación

• JD from a US‑accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 10+ years of labor & employment law experience, in-house and/or at a firm.
• Deep expertise in US federal, multi‑state and Canadian employment law.
• Experience managing employment litigation, budgets and outside counsel.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in California employment law, equity compensation, and pay equity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic labor & employment counsel to HR and business leaders across the Americas.
• Draft, negotiate, and interpret employment-related agreements and policies.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, performance management, and training programs.
• Manage wage-and-hour compliance, worker classification, and compliance matters.
• Lead employment-law support for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and disclosures.
