Nokia seeks a senior leader to drive strategic management of the Americas portfolio, aligning business priorities with real estate investments and optimizing portfolio performance.

The role oversees footprint optimization, location strategy, and complex transactions, partnering with business groups and executives to deliver measurable value and governance across a large global matrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, real estate, finance, economics, engineering or related field.
• MBA or project management certification is a plus.
• 10+ years in corporate real estate, portfolio management, asset management or strategic real estate roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management and performance of the Americas portfolio.
• Develop portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives and workplace priorities.
• Drive portfolio programs including footprint optimization, location strategy and portfolio restructuring.
• Support executive decision-making with business cases and investment proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategies into executable programs.
• Manage major real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, disposals and renewals.
