Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Global Real Estate Transactions Manager to lead lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and portfolio optimization worldwide. Reporting to the Director, Global Real Estate, this role coordinates with brokers, landlords, legal, finance and consultants to deliver high-quality transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, brokerage, transaction management, or portfolio management.
• Experience managing global real estate transactions.
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or technology organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global leasing, acquisition, disposition, renewal, expansion, contraction, and sublease transactions.
• Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle from aligning requirements with space options through execution and occupancy.
• Develop transaction strategies that balance operational requirements, cost efficiency, flexibility, and risk mitigation.
• Support mergers, consolidations, and business expansion initiatives through real estate transaction planning and execution.
