Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior executives on portfolio strategy and asset management.

Responsibilities

• The executive relationship: be the client’s senior advisor to C-Suite, President, Head of RE or Head of Portfolio/Asset Management.
• Translation of strategy into delivery: translate client plans into property-level priorities and align CBRE teams.
• Governance and business planning: set cadence, run reviews, and ensure accountability between organizations.
• Portfolio insight: synthesize operating performance, market intelligence, and portfolio data to spot patterns and opportunities.
• Proactive risk management: identify and address risks before they escalate and mobilize the right people to resolve them.
• Growth: deepen and expand the client relationship through portfolio size, fee revenue, and client satisfaction.
