Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Retail Real Estate Financial Analyst to evaluate investments in Apple’s global store network. You will build dynamic financial models, forecast performance, and tell clear stories for senior leadership.

This role partners with Places Finance, Market Analysis, and Store Analytics to shape this iconic brand’s expansion strategy while protecting profitability and prioritizing customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years in finance or FP&A or a related quantitative field.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Keynote.

Responsibilities

New Store & Replacement Store Investment Modeling: drive performance insights for store investments.
Investment Governance: set targets and profitability metrics for real estate investments.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership: collaborate with Retail Real Estate, Retail Stores Analytics, and Places Finance.
Strategic Ad Hoc Analytics: analyze profitability trends across the existing fleet.
Geo Expansion: build business cases for entering new markets with physical/online presence.
Executive Communication: create clear stories and summaries for leadership.
