Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site or global real estate portfolios.
• Strong financial rigor and disciplined capital allocation.
• Strategic analysis, asset oversight, and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of global land, real estate, and hotel assets.
• Develop financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
• Identify development, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and executive-level portfolio reporting.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Country Managers to standardize asset information.
• Provide governance and data management for asset data.
• Lead due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Oversee hotel investments with focus on returns and capital planning.
