Job summary

Sunrider International is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee the strategic, financial, and performance optimization of the company’s worldwide real estate and hospitality assets. You will build an enterprise-wide portfolio management capability and provide executive leadership with rigorous analysis and capital allocation guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, capital allocation, and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of global portfolio of land, real estate, and hotel assets.
• Develop financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and investment recommendations.
• Establish portfolio KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Oversee asset and project oversight, including capital planning and redevelopment initiatives.
