Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Global Real Estate & Facilities Manager to drive strategic real estate and facilities initiatives across our worldwide locations. You will own lease administration, oversee risk management, and coordinate with executive leadership to align facilities with business needs.

You will partner with country leaders to ensure safe, cost-effective operations and develop dashboards showing lease status and facilities performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities, real estate, or corporate services within a global, multi-site environment.
• Experience in facilities risk management and/or insurance-driven environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage lease portfolios and landlord relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own global real estate portfolio including lease administration, renewals, tracking dates and landlord relationships.
• Lead facilities risk management with insurers and coordinate improvements across sites.
• Coordinate expansions, renewals and site identifications with leadership.
• Build and maintain a global network of facility vendors and resources across international offices.
• Partner with country and site leaders to address facility needs and operations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on lease status, market conditions, and facilities performance.
• Own facilities processes in ambiguous environments to create structure and clarity.
• Oversee mailroom operations across Rosemont and Schaumburg.
• Provide workspace planning and coordination with HR and IT.
