Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Sr. Director of Real Estate & Facilities Strategy to lead global IFM governance, optimize operating models, and partner with vendors to drive consistent, cost-effective services across a worldwide portfolio.

The role engages with real estate, facilities management, procurement, legal, HR, and executive teams. The position requires 5–10 years of IFM experience, strong leadership, and ability to travel domestically and internationally, with on-site work at Oracle campuses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 to 10 years of Integrated Facilities Management experience.
• Understanding of contracts and commercial FM models in the market.
• High level of credibility, integrity and client relationship skills.
• Background in continuous improvement and enterprise leadership.

Responsibilities

• Continually evaluate real estate and facilities operating model and implement strategic initiatives, best practices, and standards requiring global consistency.
• Establish a vision and lead implementation for the real estate and facilities organization to support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations on service delivery across global portfolio and manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support global consistency and standardization.
• Provide leadership and build relationships with stakeholders and vendors at a senior level for continuous improvement.
