Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a Sr. Director of Real Estate & Facilities Strategy to drive a global IFM operating model and governance, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to optimize performance and compliance.

The role requires leadership over $50M in IFM spend and experience in contract-driven environments. The position offers hybrid work with on-site presence three days per week and relocation considerations within commuting distance to Oracle hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
• 5 to 10 years of Integrated Facilities Management experience.
• Multidisciplinary understanding of real estate, facilities, engineering, construction project management, and EH&S.
• Leadership experience in IFM accounts with over $50M in operating expenses.
• Understanding of contracts and commercial FM models in the market.
• High level of personal credibility, integrity and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Continually evaluate real estate and facilities operating model and implement strategic initiatives, best practices, and standards requiring global consistency.
• Establish a vision and lead implementation for the real estate and facilities organization to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations on service delivery across global portfolio and manage SLA and KPI.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support global consistency and standardization of operating model.
• Provide thought leadership and foster strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors at a senior level.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage strategic partnerships with reporting and communications.
• Work with procurement, RE&F leads, and legal to manage contracts and documentation.
• Continuously improve the governance structure to deliver services across Oracle’s operations.
• Develop short and long-term plans to improve effectiveness and efficiency of service operations.
• Review performance, financial, and service data and recommend operational changes.
