Job summary

The Building People seeks a Director for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead strategic and tactical delivery of Facilities Operations and Maintenance globally for the firm. You will oversee client relations, staff management, and revenue strategies, reporting to the VP of IFM.

The role drives growth, credibility, and profitability while guiding multiple projects across markets. The Director mentors staff, directs contracts and budgets, and coordinates marketing, business development,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive related experience in Infrastructure Operations and Management and MEP installations.
• Experience in strategic planning and budgeting for large facilities programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct strategic and tactical implementation of all IFM offerings on a global basis.
• Manage client relationships, marketing, and business development within target markets.
• Oversee contracts, budgets, and profitability; ensure delivery meets schedule and budget.
