Job summary

Weatherford seeks a senior leader to drive the global real estate and facilities portfolio strategy across owned and leased properties. You will govern site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, lease transactions, and facilities contracts, partnering with executives to optimize footprint, costs, compliance and corporate image.

Responsibilities include governance, due diligence for acquisitions and relocations, and maintaining data-driven insights for portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive corporate real estate experience.
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed portfolio of owned and leased properties.
• Strong negotiation and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance for real estate, facilities and construction activities ensuring compliance and ethics.
• Lead site acquisitions, dispositions, lease transactions and facilities contracts.
• Oversee due diligence, permits, licenses, zoning and regulatory documentation.
• Develop and maintain global standards for branch appearance, workplace image, space planning and safety.
