Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead global oversight of the Oracle Health Radiology Information System across multi-tenant stakeholders. You will bridge radiology departments, radiologists and techs to ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.

You will drive configuration, maintenance, and education, coordinate with support and development teams, analyze usage data to identify improvements, and govern changes impacting multi-tenant customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, CS, information systems, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
• Healthcare IT knowledge: HIPAA, radiology workflows, imaging terminology.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health Radiology Information System.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and scripting languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead global configuration and workflows of the Oracle Health Radiology Information System.
• Maintain Radiology system, troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Provide education to Radiology departments, conduct client calls when needed, and create user documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate system changes.
• Evaluate and approve/deny global Radiology changes impacting multi-tenant customers.
• Stay updated on radiology workflows and industry standards.
