Job summary

Rad AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Rad AI Reporting integration program. You will own delivery for new vendor integrations, coordinate HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and PACS/RIS go-lives with engineering, implementations, and customer teams.

You will drive cross-functional execution across reporting initiatives, manage schedules and risks, and lead release coordination with QA and training. Based in San Francisco with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software or healthcare-IT.
• Experience managing customer-facing integration and deployment programs, including health-system go-lives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound technical judgment.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery for Rad AI Reporting, powering real-world radiology reporting and engagement with complex health-system environments.
• Drive new client integration with cross-functional teams and coordinate security reviews and data-use agreements.
• Lead the rollout of major features with documentation, training, and customer success teams.
• Manage schedules, scope, and dependencies, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
