Oracle Health and Life Sciences Market Entry Program seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive a global initiative ensuring conformity and entry into new markets, coordinating product/engineering knowledge and leadership across LOBs.

The role focuses on defining, measuring, and holding product teams accountable for market readiness, with senior-level collaboration across Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and Customer-Facing organizations to ensure a successful rollout.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of program management experience, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Experience coordinating across Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Finance, and customer-facing orgs.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and strategic planning abilities.

Mansioni

• Help manage the development and implementation efforts for the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Market Entry Program.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with all Oracle Health LOBs to solidify the scope for each workflow.
• Drive requirements to completion and active use in market upon delivery.
