Job summary

Rad AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the integration and reporting product delivery for radiology workflows. You will coordinate new vendor integrations, manage end-to-end go-lives, and collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams.

Excellent communication and a strong background in healthcare IT are essential. You will lead cross-functional projects, establish KPI dashboards, and drive releases from planning through deployment in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software/healthcare-IT
• Experience managing customer-facing integration and deployment programs
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and clinical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Align delivery of new vendor integrations at scale with deployment and engineering resources
• Escalation point for integration issues during deployment and driving resolution
• Coordinate security reviews and data-use agreements for new partners
• Build repeatable playbooks, runbooks, and KPI dashboards for faster, predictable integrations
• Drive cross-functional execution of roadmap initiatives across Reporting product line
• Own release coordination, QA, testing sign-off, and stakeholder readiness
• Lead rollout of major features with training and documentation for customers
• Own cross-functional communication for leadership and stakeholders
• Drive quarterly planning cycles and track commitments to on-time delivery
