Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new R&D team in Alamo supporting global bushing R&D.
• Guide R&D projects to successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Support and develop team members through coaching and performance management.
• Provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with planning, production, and laboratory teams on prototype execution.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular status and cost reports.
• Foster innovation and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Collaborate globally with R&D teams, factories, and engineering partners.
