Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in engineering or applied sciences.
More than 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the energy sector.
Experience with project management and multi-year projects.
Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a new R&D team in Alamo supporting global bushing R&D
Guide R&D projects to successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Support and develop team members through coaching and performance management
Provide technical guidance throughout project execution
Collaborate with planning, production, and laboratory teams on prototype execution
Monitor project costs and provide regular status and cost reports
Foster innovation and contribution to product roadmaps
Collaborate globally with R&D teams, factories, and engineering partners
