Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, the Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with impactful results.
• PMP or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate a portfolio of R&D projects following established stage-gate processes.
• Lead project work sessions with team members and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and agreed-upon scope and budget.
• Develop and manage project documentation including requirements, schedules, resources, costing, risk assessment and status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain a strong project pipeline and resolve urgent business challenges.
