Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Global R&D Project Manager to lead a portfolio of R&D projects across growth categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, document, budget, and manage risks, driving timely delivery of milestones.

This role may be based at a manufacturing facility in Alpharetta or remote, with global travel expected. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of professional job-related experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams.
• PMP certification or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate the portfolio of R&D projects following standard stage-gate processes.
• Lead project work sessions and reviews with team members and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Develop and manage project documentation, schedules, resources, costing, and risk assessments.
• Translate requirements into objectives and tasks, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure successful business wins.
