Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Building & Construction Materials and Adhesive Tapes category. Based in Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid work model, the role focuses on translating market insights into a profitable product roadmap and portfolio strategy.

You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to commercialize new products, optimize pricing, and develop sales tools. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Three to five years of product management in B2B manufacturing with sales, marketing and R&D collaboration.
• Three plus years of marketing experience (promotions, product placement & pricing).
• Demonstrated history of new product development (NPD) pipeline and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategy and product roadmap based on market and customer insights to drive category growth.
• Own prioritization of pipeline and alignment with R&D; define opportunities and pricing/value propositions.
• Lead pricing in partnership with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance).
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to advance branding and communications.
