Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, R&D Project Management / Global Project Manager to act as a strategic partner to Asset Leaders and cross-functional teams. You will translate asset strategy into an integrated Global Plan, drive delivery against timelines, budget, and milestones, and influence in a global matrix.

The role emphasizes governance readiness, risk management, and reliable reporting, with a business-partner mindset and strong operational discipline in a remote,

Qualifications

Master's degree, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or related field.
Typically 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech project or program management experience.
Project management certification such as PMP, PMI or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Translate asset strategy into an integrated Global Plan with timelines, budget, quality and milestones.
Lead governance materials, stage-gate preparations and executive-level reporting.
Coordinate Core Team/Global Team meetings and action tracking.
Collaborate with Alliance Management, Business Development & Licensing as needed.
