Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director HRBP (R&D) to act as a strategic adviser to senior leadership and align people strategies with business objectives. You will partner with RDFLT members to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning and leadership development, reporting to Strategic HRBP R&D.

The role requires extensive HRBP experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR partnership experience with accountability for partnering and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand financial, operational, and strategic drivers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot with changing priorities; manage high workload.
• Excellent process orientation and ability to drive global solutions.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management across levels.
• Proven ability to advise and coach senior leaders.
• Strategic problem solving within broader organizational strategies and objectives.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation, with strong customer service focus.
• Global experience in a matrix organization with US/UK/EU HR knowledge.
• Data-driven decision making to inform HR outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive change management including reorganizations and M&A activity.
• Collaborate with COEs to implement talent management processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform HR decisions across the organization.
• Support global HR collaboration across the HR matrix.
• Coach leaders and influence decisions on complex people issues.
