Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Finance Director for Global Operations to drive financial control, reporting, and strategic partnership across plants in Asia and Latin America.

Based at the Plano, TX HQ, you will lead finance teams, optimize working capital, and influence sourcing, capacity planning, and make-or-buy decisions. The role requires 15+ years in finance with global manufacturing experience; CPA/MBA preferred, and strong ERP/travel expense system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years in finance with at least 3–5 years as an Operations Controller in a global manufacturing environment.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing sites in Asia and/or Latin America.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and travel/expense systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control and operational analysis across global operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, OPEX, and COGS for manufacturing.
• Prepare timely performance reports on factory utilization, scrap, and inventory turns.
• Ensure internal controls and consistent reporting across sites.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance teams.
• Evaluate ROI for significant CAPEX and plant expansion projects.
• Work with global teams across time zones; support night/early meetings as needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
