Job summary
Georgia-Pacific Corrugated is seeking a Quality Systems Manager - (L&D) and KiWi User Support to drive quality excellence across our Corrugated business. You will develop training content and deploy knowledge with the KiWI ERP system, collaborating closely with Learning & Development, capability teams, and manufacturing sites.
The role requires up to 75% travel and is based at multiple box plant locations. You will report to the Director of Corrugated Quality Improvement and advance quality
Qualifications
- Five or more years of manufacturing and quality leadership experience.
- Experience building and conducting training within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with all KiWI ERP quality components.
- Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Interface with capabilities and regions to translate unmet needs into improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with capability and operations teams to close knowledge gaps using training.
- Maintain the Quality SharePoint site and onboarding in AKMS.
- Schedule, manage logistics, and conduct training.
- Maintain KPIs for knowledge growth, including training attendance and onboarding completion.
- Provide effective communication with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
