Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Corrugated Division IT Group and support technology solutions that enable manufacturing operations. The role focuses on the Kiwiplan ERP/MES environment, translating business needs into technology solutions and partnering with customers to improve system reliability and business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications or manufacturing systems.
• Experience with Kiwiplan manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of the corrugated industry.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating requirements into technology solutions.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%, including on-site at Corrugated facilities.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, enhance, and optimize the Kiwiplan MES and related applications for the Corrugated division.
• Partner with business stakeholders and plant personnel to understand operational needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide production support, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Configure, test, validate, and support software enhancements and integrations.
• Develop and execute test scenarios for high-quality system changes.
• Create and maintain process and system design documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver solutions.
