Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Kiwiplan MES environment for the Corrugated Division. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, work with internal and external customers, and help improve system reliability and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Kiwiplan ERP/MES, requirements gathering, and a background in IT or manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, or business technology solutions.
Experience with Kiwiplan software or related ERP/MES platforms.
Experience gathering business requirements, documenting system needs, and translating requirements into technology solutions.
Willing to participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation.
Willing to travel up to 35%, including on-site work at facilities with safety procedures.
Role not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support, implement, enhance, and optimize the Kiwiplan MES and related applications for the Corrugated division.
Collaborate with stakeholders and plant personnel to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide production support, and identify process improvements.
Configure, test, validate, and support software enhancements and integrations.
Develop test scenarios and execute UAT to ensure high-quality changes.
Create and maintain process and system documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
Work with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and partners to deliver solutions.
