Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Quality Systems Manager – (L&D) and KiWi User Support to drive quality excellence across the Corrugated business. This role leads capture, development, and deployment of quality knowledge and serves as a resource for KiWi ERP user support across locations.

Reporting to the Director of Corrugated Quality Improvement, the incumbent will travel up to 75% and collaborate with Learning & Development, capability teams, and manufacturing sites to deploy content,

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of manufacturing and quality leadership experience.
  • Ability to build solutions in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience building and conducting training within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with all KiWi ERP quality components.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with capabilities and regional teams to understand unmet needs and translate into improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with capability and operations teams to close knowledge gaps via training and internal development with GP Capability and GP Operations Teams.
  • Maintain the Quality SharePoint site for sharing information and promoting training opportunities.
  • Maintain the Quality onboarding in AKMS, content and function.
  • Schedule, manage logistics, and facilitate and/or conduct training.
  • Maintain KPIs for knowledge growth including training attendance and onboarding completion.

Job description

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated is seeking a Quality Systems Manager – (L&D) and KiWi User Support to help drive quality excellence across our Corrugated business . In this role, you will leverage your operations, technical, and quality expertise to lead the capture, development, and deployment of quality knowledge while serving as a key resource for user support within the quality components of our KiWi ERP system. You will collaborate closely with Georgia-Pacific's Learning & Development capability, corrugated regional leadership, capability teams, and manufacturing sites to develop impactful content, strengthen technical knowledge, and enhance quality system adoption across the organization.

The successful candidate in this role will be self-driven with a passion for sharing knowledge and growing ou r team members . The selected individual will have a proven track record of developing systems - based solutions through collaboration . This individual will work cross-functionally to develop quality training content and to deploy knowledge across regions . Reporting to the Director of Corrugated Quality Improvement.

Location: this role may be based at any of our box plant locations and requires up to 75% travel, with the remaining time spent at the home facility.

  • Interface with capabilities and region s to understand their unmet needs and translate those into improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with capability and operations teams to identify opportunities to close quality knowledge gaps using existing internal training, external training and by developing internal training in collaboration with GP Capability and GP Operations Teams.
  • Maintain the Quality SharePoint site for sharing information and promot ing training opportunities.
  • Maintain the Quality on boarding in AKMS, both content and function.
  • Schedule, manage logistics , and facilitate and/or conduct training.
  • Maintain KPIs for knowledge growth including training attendance, on-boarding completion, and skills assessment.
  • Provide effective communication with cross-functional teams (operati ons teams, customers, global quality colleagues) and senior leadership .

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Five ( 5 ) or more years of manufacturing and quality leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build solutions in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience building and conducting training within a manufacturing environment .
  • Experience with all of the quality components of the KiWi ERP system.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Industrial and/or quality training and development experience.
  • Quality leadership role.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with SharePoint, AKMS, and Microsoft Applications like Excel and Power Bi.

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
