Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Program Manager to own and expand Lam’s key quality programs and lead the 8D nonconformance resolution process. You’ll apply advanced problem-solving methodologies in a semiconductor context and drive improvements across global manufacturing and supplier quality.

Ideal candidates bring extensive program management experience, Lean Six Sigma expertise, and change-management skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree
• 12 years with a master’s degree or 8 years with a Ph.D.
• BA/BS in STEM and/or Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Optimize the design, deployment, execution, and measurement of Lam’s key quality programs.
• Lead the 8D program and ensure timely nonconformance resolution.
• Use nonconformance data analysis to improve manufacturing practices and supplier part quality.
• Coach record owners toward successful resolution and recurrence prevention across global sites.
• Perform data analysis to identify root causes of cycle-time and audit-score delays; collaborate on solutions.
