Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Principal Global Process Owner – Quality, Improvement to define global IQMS standards and govern subprocess execution across sites. You will lead digital workflows, drive audit readiness, and deliver measurable improvements while partnering with IT for data integrity and process optimization.

You will engage users, coach teams, and guide cross-functional collaboration to reduce variability and improve product quality in a remote-capable, multi-site setting.

Formación

• 8-15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences or related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end Process Leadership as a global design authority.
• Monitor process performance across sites using KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
