Job summary

Integer seeks a Quality Inspector to support inspection and testing from material input through final assembly, ensuring GMP and QMS compliance across the work area. The role requires leadership in the absence of supervision and contribution to continuous quality improvements.

Responsibilities include non-conforming material handling, NCR processes, and calibration of measurement tools, with opportunities to train others and support audits within a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or experience in inspection preferred.
• 4 years of work experience as a Quality Inspector or 5 years of related inspection experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test materials and products from input to final assembly per GMP and QMS.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate the NCR process.
• Utilize measurement tools and ensure current calibration and GDP documentation.
• Support NCR metrics analysis and trend generation for quality improvement.
• Participate in process audits and provide feedback to manufacturing about quality findings.
• Train personnel in inspection techniques, systems, equipment, and processes.
