Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Senior leader to drive digital quality enablement and governance across QMS, MES, and LMS platforms in FDA-regulated environments. You will set strategy, lead teams, and partner with IT and operations to deliver value and compliance.

You will champion data integrity, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement, shaping a scalable technology roadmap and ensuring audit readiness across global sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quality, IT, operations in FDA-regulated environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience implementing, validating, governing, or sustaining FDA-regulated technologies (QMS, MES, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Roadmap & Value Acceleration: define tech strategy, priorities, roadmaps and objectives.
• Regulated Technology Leadership & Technical Oversight: provide leadership and design authority for regulated platforms.
• Innovation & Digital Quality Enablement: evaluate and scale digital quality solutions for speed, visibility and compliance.
• Training, Adoption & Enterprise Enablement: define training and adoption approaches for enterprise tech.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: lead and develop global teams across Quality, IT, Operations.
• Governance, Compliance & Quality Culture: ensure solutions meet policies, QMS, FDA expectations and audit readiness.
