Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Quality leader to drive implementation of Quality Management Systems across multiple sites and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes building a proactive quality culture, KPI-driven improvements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support global quality governance.

The position focuses on maintaining certifications, leading audits, and developing a skilled quality team dedicated to continuous improvement and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in Quality and Management Systems implementation within Life science, medical devices, or Pharma of which at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Licenses management with authorities.
• Quality Standards (ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485)
• Detailed knowledge on good distribution and manufacturing practices.
• Good understanding of ISO 13485, GDP and GMP requirements for validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a multi-site strategy around Quality Standards (ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485).
• Influence leadership to ensure world-class quality standards are met and embedded in CEVA culture.
• Ensure compliance with Standards and maintain Certifications and Licenses for all Quality disciplines.
• Provide expert support to relevant departments to design and develop highest quality standards in processes; share knowledge across the organization.
• Guarantee regulatory compliance and audit/inspection readiness with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Upskill Audit & Quality Support Partners in technical ability and proactively improve performance.
• Lead a driven team to exceed compliance, not just meet it.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on New Business to ensure seamless service delivery.”
