Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior Quality & Compliance leader to strengthen the Healthcare QMS across our operations in North America. You will provide technical guidance to healthcare teams, ensure documentation integrity, and drive CAPAs, audits, and regulatory readiness.

The role focuses on product integrity, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement to support safe, compliant healthcare logistics across air, ground, ocean, and CL channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare quality, pharma, or regulated logistics.
• Experience supporting QMS, audits, CAPA, training, supplier qualification, and customer quality.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDP, GMP, regulatory expectations, and healthcare logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen Healthcare QMS, aligning with global and regulatory requirements.
• Provide quality leadership to operations, account mgmt, and site teams.
• Ensure controlled documentation and records are current and implemented.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits and follow-up.
• Lead investigations, CAPA, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification.
• Support product integrity controls, including temperature-controlled logistics and recalls.
