Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Millington, TN, is seeking a dedicated Quality and Safety Manager to coordinate and oversee safety performance, compliance, and program management across field contracts. You will train staff and drive continuous improvement in cost control and quality programs.

Join CEVA's global team to support new contracts, mentor Quality/Risk Managers, and ensure OHSA compliance while applying Lean principles to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in a supply chain, transportation, logistics or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in OSHA regulations and State regulations.
• Certified powered industrial truck trainer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage safety performance, compliance and program management at field contracts.
• Facilitate training to all levels of employees and maintain quality performance objectives.
• Support cost control programs and lead continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor new Quality/Risk Managers and ensure OHSA compliance across contracts.
